The eco-houses in Buqez are designed by OIKOS using only five elemental materials: wood, concrete, metal, glass, and light. This creates a minimalist, natural, calm and elegant living experience directly by the sea. The “mobile” tiny house concept legally allows homes to be built extremely close to the water—one of the unique charms of this resort.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 in cash will be collected at reception upon check-in.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning fee of 150 euros must be paid with the booking.
Additional cleaning
On request and if required, intermediate cleaning can be organized for a fee of 100,- euros.
Laundry service
If you would like a change of bed linen and towels in between, you can get this for a fee of 50 euros at the reception.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 1-2 euros per person per night must be paid in cash at the reception upon check-in.
