The Buqez Eco Resort Tiny Beach Houses are architecturally designed and built by OIKOS, combining style, sustainability, and proximity to nature. Each house is constructed using five essential elements:
wood, concrete, metal, glass, and light.
The innovative “mobile tiny house” concept legally allows these holiday homes to be positioned exceptionally close to the sea—one of the resort’s most unique features.
Beyond the high-quality base furnishings, special care has been taken to ensure the house feels comfortable, individual, and welcoming. The property is meticulously maintained to provide every guest with a relaxing and memorable seaside stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped far above typical holiday homes, offering everything needed for effortless cooking and dining.
It includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, full cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and indoor/outdoor dining tables for four. Guests often praise how complete and well-organized it is, making meal preparation easy.
Master Bedroom (Sea-View Side)
This bedroom sits closer to the sea and offers partial sea views depending on the season and surrounding foliage.
It features a king-size bed accessible from both sides, two bedside tables with power outlets, a space-saving sliding-door wardrobe, anti-allergic pillows and covers, exterior blinds for sun protection, and its own air-conditioning unit.
Guest Bedroom (Back Side)
A calm and quiet room located at the rear of the house, featuring a king-size bed ,a sliding-door wardrobe, two openable windows (a rare advantage, as most houses have only one), anti-allergy bedding, and its own air-conditioning unit.
Both bedrooms are designed to ensure restful sleep, cool nights in summer, and warm comfort during colder seasons.
Stay Policies and Extra Charges
Cancellation conditions
Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 in cash will be collected at reception upon check-in.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning fee of 150 euros must be paid with the booking.
Additional cleaning
On request and if required, intermediate cleaning can be organized for a fee of 100,- euros.
Laundry service
If you would like a change of bed linen and towels in between, you can get this for a fee of 50 euros at the reception.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 1-2 euros per person per night must be paid in cash at the reception upon check-in.
